Transparent Conducting Oxides (TCOs)

Transparent conductive oxides (TCOs) have attracted considerable interest due to their tremendous importance in applications such as displays, photovoltaic cells, smart windows, optical communications, gas sensors and thin-film resistors. We are currently carrying out research on several types of TCOs including aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) and indium-doped cadmium oxide (CdO : In).
